October is Breast cancer awareness month. So many women and even men are diagnosed everyday with this horrible disease. Everyone knows someone that has been effected by breast cancer.
On the 23rd October 2015 lots of women all over the Victoria will be holding fund raising events in some way shape or form.
It’s close to the hearts of the staff at Williams Landing Dental Clinic. Pauline Ricotta is a patient at Williams Landing Dental Clinic. Pauline and her sister Joan have been leading volunteers since 2007 hosting “Girls Night In” for Cancer Council Victoria, this year their fund raising event will be held at Luxor reception centre. Pauline and Joan both have personally battled the disease and are both survivor’s.
Williams Landing Dental Clinic is getting behind and supporting this great event and has donated a full check-up, clean and x-rays valued at $320
There are also 50 half price check-up, clean and x-rays vouchers to be auctioned or raffled off on the night.
We hope everyone gets behind this great cause and raises more awareness and much needed funds for Breast Cancer Victoria.
