Williams Landing Dental Clinic Bulk Bills Medicare Child Dental Scheme

We bulk bill the payment directly to Medicare. 

If you have a child aged between 2 and 17 years and receive a relevant Australian government payment, such as Family Tax Benefit Part A at any point in the calendar year, give us a call to arrange an appointment and our friendly staff will assist you further. All you need to do is bring your Medicare card with you to the appointment and we look after the rest.

Dear Patients,

In accordance with the recent announcement of the decreased restrictions associated with the Coronavirus outbreak, general dental practice being an essential service will remain open for business as all  restrictions have now been lifted.   

We are screening all patients for symptoms who attend our clinic. Along with our routine high standard infection-control protocols, we will be implementing further precautions among which are single-use gowns for treating staff.

We ask that all of our patients assist us in keeping Williams Landing Dental Clinic Coronavirus-free by not attending the clinic if you are suffering any symptoms which may be associated with the Coronavirus or if you are in self isolation due to risk of contact with the virus.

So that we can ensure your appointments are organised to be as safe for you as well as complying with our government’s strict social distancing regulations, we ask that you please call the clinic from your car to inform us that you are here.

Although we will always try to be on time for your appointments, in instances where this is not possible and there may be a slight wait, we ask that you remain waiting in the car until we call to let you know that we are ready for you to come up. We would also kindly ask that you minimise the amount of people you bring with you to your appointment to reduce the amount of traffic through the clinic.

Our new policies and procedures do take time and have been put in place to minimise the risks to our patients, their families and our staff so please be patient and kind during this period.
